I am producing a sales pipeline spreadsheet for an estate agent I work for. I have created an input sheet for data entry and clean sheet of the data for printing and presentation. the data iin a row is i formation like property address, sold price, exchange date, fee's etc.

I have a table with rows of property sales running and table of property sales that have exchanged contracts with completion dates set. When a property has exchanged contracts i want the row to autatically move from the sales running table to the exchanged table. So on my input sheet "if" the exchange date column has a date value then the row moves to the exchanged table. What formula would I use? I'm it's an ifsum but can't get my head round it. I don't want to replicate I want to move as I do not want the row to stay in sales running. Thanks in advance.

Excel Facts

Copy formula down without changing references
If you have =SUM(F2:F49) in F50; type Alt+' in F51 to copy =SUM(F2:F49) to F51, leaving the formula in edit mode. Change SUM to COUNT.
