Hello excel community

I am new to the forum and a newby to excel. I know stuff but when complicated tasks as this pop up, seeking help is inevitable.

Namely I need to show the price changes of assets over a certain period of time.
I have been provided with a table where i have all the assets and their prices in different period of time and what i need to do is show how the price has evolved over the years.
I know I need to use a pivot table and use last 3 years as columns but i am stuck with the prices and how to show price changes and I dont know what to show in values

Anyone has any experience with something similar or has an idea how to solve this?
