Show both total and percent of total for same field

I am looking for a straight forward way to show both totals and %of total for the same field in a single pivot . I have use a formula for the %of total, but then I can't get the sub-total to display. Any easy way to accomplish? Thx.

eg.

Company Consultant | Revenue Tot Hrs % of revenue %of total hours

I made test data Animal and Size.
I dragged Animal to the Row section, and Size to the Data area twice.
Both the Size blocks read "Sum of Size".
Finished the Pivot table.
Right clicked on one of the Sum of Size cells in the Pivot table.
Selected Field Settings from the pop-up menu and chose Average from the list. Done
