should fiil data as MH -12 - GH -2014 in textbox

have create one userform and want change format for text box
like if i fill any data in this text box data should fill (MH -12 - GH -2014)
first only allow 2 letter after that dash(-) after that 2 number dash(-)2 letter after that dash(-) and in the last only 4 number system should allow to put

text box format should be ( - - - )

Please help me on this
