Shortfall in revenues coverage

I have a shortfall in revenues that i want to cover with prior year funds.

I want to be able to split the shortfall over how many years i designate via drop down and be able to pick the certain years I want to use to cover the shortfall in revenues.

Anticipated ShortfallAccumulate funds for the shortfall
Also want to select what years to spread the shortfall over

Is there a shortcut key for strikethrough?
Ctrl+S is used for Save. Ctrl+5 is used for Strikethrough. Why Ctrl+5? When you use hashmarks to count |||| is 4, strike through to mean 5.
