This is a seemingly easy question that I've been stuck with forever. I have an excel file, quantlist312.xls in folder records, in folder system, in folder repeats, in folder other. When I open "my computer" or "windows explorer", I always have to open each folder to get to the file, and can never see any shortcut list. Where do I look or what settings must I change?

Excel Facts

VLOOKUP to Left?
Use =VLOOKUP(A2,CHOOSE({1,2},$Z$1:$Z$99,$Y$1:$Y$99),2,False) to lookup Y values to left of Z values.

Right click on your .xls and go to "Create Shortcut on Desktop". You might also consider simplifying your folder scheme if you have the administrator rights.
