When using the insert file option on word, is it possoble to set it so opens a specific folder that you require rather than the last previous used?

Excel Facts

Links? Where??
If Excel says you have links but you can't find them, go to Formulas, Name Manager. Look for old links to dead workbooks & delete.
This might be different depending on what version you're running, but in Word 2003:

1) Go to Tools > Options
2) click on FILE LOCATIONS tab
3) click on the DOCUMENTS row
4) click the MODIFY button
3) set the folder you want to look in here.
