this formula is working for me,
but give me short formula

Is there a reason the following would be inadmissible?

=VLOOKUP(F1,B9:D79,3,0)

If you do not provide the context where you are using it and what you are trying to achieve then it will be hard to give you a more efficient function. Please elaborate your problem.

Try this

=SUMIFS(D9:D79,F1,B9:B79)

That probably means you have multiple occurrences of your look up value in three ranges your formula refers to. What does an individual VLOOKUP return - a number?
