Short Cut Key(s)?

I have an Access 2007 database that I have removed the tabbed views (to prevent issues with VBA coding) and have begrudging allowed users to create their own queries.

The problem then was being able to close the queries w/o closing the database. I found that the user can use Ctrl-W or Ctrl-F4 will close their query. However, when/if they are tweaking an existing query and the shortcuts are used, the query is saved with the changes.

Is there a different shortcut that will not save, or even prompt to save?

Thanks!
