Hello all,
I was wondering of a simple process to compare schedules to eachother as far as being 100% matched 80%, 60%, etc.

For example:
A supervisor with Saturday & Sunday off who works Mon-Fri 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

An agent going to the supervisors team who is Saturday & Sunday off, works Mon-Fri also 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

They would be a 100% match in schedule. I have other ways to figure this out but there are too many tables and other variables in place. I'm looking for something simpler.

Excel Facts

Enter current date or time
Ctrl+: enters current time. Ctrl+; enters current date. Use Ctrl+: Ctrl+; Enter for current date & time.
Without seeing some sample data, perhaps try using COUNTIFS and compare 1 count with the other?

Does it matter what their title is? What % match would 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM be? What about Mon-Thurs? What if they worked Saturday?
