Shift Formula 1 Column In Macro

Hi guys,

I've got a forumla "=AZU5-AZT5", i've got a macro that inserts a column at the end of the macro i need to move the each side of the formula one cell right.

=AZV5-AZU5 - will be the next location.

I've got the complete macro ready, i just need to know how to shift forumla's across one.
