Sheets outputting in to Document and vertical format

So I have a Google sheet that has incident reports with name and a few other columns like reporters name and names of anyone else involved. Next to that the reviewer of the incidents puts their comment. I need to be able to get this horizontal data out in to discord for others to be able to add their comments. When I try to copy past it loses the table format and doesn't work. If I try to paste/transpose it then paste it in to discord it again loses a lot of the formation. Is there anyway to do this that I'm not trying
