Sharing Macro Roster on Network Drive

I have a file on my work's network drive and every time a user opens it they must allow BOTH network from the internet (because I used google drive to transfer my file) and macros. Is there a way to trust the file across EVERYONES computer (eg on the drive). I don't want everyone to manually need to change their settings.
