Sharing Calendars in Outlook

I haven't been able to find a good forum for outlook question and not found any luck with searching on Google either. SO I am hoping some of you Excel experts may know.

We have a group of people that have their calendars shared with each other and they are all marked as Editors on each other's calendar. Some are 2007, some are 2003 version. When a meeting request is sent just to person A. Everyone else gets the email as well. Is this because they are set up as Editors? It is what I am coming to believe, but I can't seem to find any confirmation on it. Also they don't want the emails so I am thinking of just creating rules that state when msg arrives through specified account move to deleted items except if my name is in the to cc field. Would that work?

Does the VLOOKUP table have to be sorted?
No! when you are using an exact match, the VLOOKUP table can be in any order. Best-selling items at the top is actually the best.
Never fails after a week of searching I make a post and shortly after I find an obsucre pdf file that explains things.

Will a report this thread have it deleted?

By the way turns out what should have been done was giving permissions and not delegating. Which evidentally is not the same thing. Delegates get the emails while permissions do not.
