I have this Excel spreadsheet that will basically work as a database. It will always be around 400 rows and 10 columns. The information in the columns varies according to the entry in the Userforms. I'm managing the process of producing parts in the Factory with this worksheet. Everything runs within the VBA program.
The problem is that I need to share this worksheet with two other people. For example, every 10 pieces manufactured, the operator has to send the next piece to be inspected, in this case he does not produce more parts of it until the QC informs that he can continue. The option to count parts Manufactured is Looked for the operator. The QC person must access his specific Userform and select the part and tell whether or not he has passed inspection. In case the piece has been released it is ok to return the production. But after Excel changed the Share way to the new Cloud thing I can not share it anymore. OneDrive does not aloud me to run the Macros. Actually the operator and QC does not have access to the Spreadsheet itself, everything runs with Userforms. Does anyone has a solution for this?
