I have reports that come in daily and they are assigned to multiple (15 of them) departments. Each report has a delivery or release date. If I changed the file name to include the Subject, Release Date and Departments impacted, can I auto file these to their folders?
i.e. Subject ABC Release Production Departments A, C, G, F

What would this look like?

Also would want to auto file in a Month Year Folder.
So this would go to two places.
Each of the departments specific folder and the Month Year Folder.

Am I making sense?

What is the shortcut key for Format Selection?
Ctrl+1 (the number one) will open the Format dialog for whatever is selected.
