Hi All,
We currently have a large shared workbook (I know!!) which has multiple tabs for each month from Jan 2016 to Dec 2017. The workbook is accessed by several people in different time zones multiple times throughout the day. As you have probably guessed, it's becoming a bit unstable and I'm trying to find a work-around.
My thoughts are that we should all have "individual" copies of the workbook and a master one which is updated by the data in the said individual workbooks.
The issue I have with this I'm not sure how to merge the worksheets into the master one (I've tried the consolidate feature but it doesn't seem to work how I want it to and would be really time consuming setting it up on a cell by cell basis).
Does anyone know how to achieve this so the individual user just has to input the data into their own workbook and the master daybook will reflect all the updated information at the end of the day/click of a button or similar?
If anyone has any better suggestions/alternatives I would be happy to hear them.
Thanks,
Affy
