Hi,
I am running Excel 2016 in Office 365. I have a flow chart with a few standard Excel shapes and want to do a print preview occasionally while I create it. I like the old school "Print Preview Full Screen" function to do this which I found and added to my QAT. This function normally works well like it always has with Excel. The problem is only when there are shapes involved. Any shape, or part of a shape, that is in about the bottom 1/3 of the page is cut off from the preview. I know they are still there because they show up in the "Print and Print Preview" function. And they also print when I actually send them to the printer. It's just very frustrating that I can't see them in the preview screen I have grown accustomed to using over the years. If there is anyone else out there who likes the "Print Preview Full Screen" function and has come across this problem and found a fix I would appreciate hearing about it.
Thanks,
MacPadana
