Setting up Power Query on an existing data model

I am a Power Pivot amateur and have stupidly been exporting data daily from a CRM to copy/paste into a data table within a model that I've set up. There are a couple calculated columns in the table that get populated after I paste the data. To be more efficient and so that other people can work with the file, I want to save the CRM output as an Excel workbook on a shared drive and set up a query to import the data.

What is the easiest way to do this without modifying my model/have to create new relationships against a new table? I was barely competent to get to this stage and don't want to mess things up. The tutorials I've seen only guide people to set things up from scratch.

Thank you so much.
