I figured out how to make the .mde file, but could not figure out how to set the module to autmotically run when it is opened.

Any wisdom out there on that?

thanks in advance

Excel Facts

How to total the visible cells?
From the first blank cell below a filtered data set, press Alt+=. Instead of SUM, you will get SUBTOTAL(9,)
You can do this by creating a macro and naming it Autoexec

In the macro you can choose RunCode and point it to your code.

(This will obviously have to be done in your .mdb file before you create the .mde)

I got it working except it cannot read the function

In module Main

I have Function Main()

then I used the wizard, set it up to do RunCode on "Main()"

It says it cannot find it. What am I doing wrong?

Not sure. May have something to do with your module being named the same as your function. Try a different name.
Is your function public?
