You could also use an event handler, which would change the text as it's entered. Open a copy of your workbook, right click the sheet tab on the bottom and select View Code. Paste this into the window that opens:

For Each c In Target

Then close the editor and try it out.
You could also try a low-tech method by just pressing the Caps Lock key!
