Hi, I use pivot tables & slicers all the time, and I wonder if there's a way to set the slicer default to "hide items with no data" so I don't have to check the box every time I create a new slicer... I've searched online but did not find any answers...

Yes! Use "0101011" for the weekend argument in NETWORKDAYS.INTL or WORKDAY.INTL. The 7 digits start on Monday. 1 means it is a weekend.
