I would like to set the row height starting from Row 4 to the bottom of a large table that constantly changes.

Secret function! Use =DATEDIF(A2,B2,"Y")&" years"&=DATEDIF(A2,B2,"YM")&" months"&=DATEDIF(A2,B2,"MD")&" days"
Like this?

Code:
Sub RowHeight()

Dim lastrow As Long
Dim sht As Worksheet

Set sht = ActiveSheet
lastrow = sht.Cells.SpecialCells(xlCellTypeLastCell).Row

sht.Rows("4:" & lastrow).RowHeight = 20

End Sub
