Set Chart Axis Scaling Based on Cell Value?

Is this possible? For example, I would like to put a value into a cell and match the chart's Y and second Y axes to that value.

That is, I would like to set the axes maximum and minimum scale by whatever is typed into cells.

It can be done with macros. I've got one at work that I can set new X axis min and max using the value in a cell, exactly what you're after. I'll retrieve it and post the relevant code.
