I want to conditional format cells in a column should a certain criteria be met. First of all I need to write he formula in the conditional formatting so that it works but here is the problem. What I want to do is write a formula that does the following so that I can put that formula into conditional formatting.
I need to be able to write the following function into a formula which I assume would be if statements.
If the value in cell N3 is < 10% of the value in cell V3 then cell V3 should be formatted red.
