Can i get any link to download or know where i can find such a database ?
I need a serial number tracker and to allocate certificate to a branch & then branch to allocate it to an agent .

your requirement is more than likely bespoke to you, as such existing solutions most likely wouldn't suit

try posting a sample of your data, and what you would like to do with it

Then when certificate goes to branches (Njengi,MombasaMeru) , it further goes to an insurance agent.
Pretty straightforward. I looked through office templates, could not find anything suitable.
