Hi I'm looking for assistance to achieve the following, I'd like the formula to entered in column "B"

Wildcard in VLOOKUP
Use =VLOOKUP("Apple*" to find apple, Apple, or applesauce
How about
Excel Formula:
=A5&TEXT(COUNTIFS(A$5:A5,A5),"-00")
