I need to make make columns auto number in a certain order. Maybe someone can help

I don't understand. What is word "f" and number auto where? IF you plus word "f" into, you can [Countif(..) >1].

Select case [Countif(..) >1]:
=IF(Countif($A$1:A1,A1)>1, A1 & "f", A1)

f is for to payables in zed axis. it only keys off different numbers when entering payables.. I am not that good at this and hate manually typing in rows of numbers.. How do i enter the formula?
