Separating records from a live feed of data

Hi everyone, I don't work with Excel much so I have a beginner question here.

I have a sheet that constantly pulls in live data every hour or so. There are four columns and column A contains the company name. The sheet has around 200 companies in total with many rows of timestamped data each.

What I'd like to do is separate these records by company name as they feed into the sheet in real-time. I need to generate a report for each company based on the other three columns.

Is there a fast or easy way of separating the companies and then running reports for each?

Thanks.

How to change case of text in Excel?
Use =UPPER() for upper case, =LOWER() for lower case, and =PROPER() for proper case. PROPER won't capitalize second c in Mccartney
I forgot to mention, I tried using a pivot table with slicers to drill down into the data. Although a pivot table basically achieved what I want to do (separate one set of company records from the others), that lets me only slice one set of data at a time, plus I'd have to select the slicer manually for each company.

So I'm thinking that a solution involving a formula or VB code will work best.

Thanks everyone in advance. :)

Can you post a small sample of this data, the layout and the desired results? (You can replace your data with dummy data in case privacy is an issue).

What do you mean by: "Generate a report for each company based on the other three columns."?

What do you mean by: "separating the companies and then running reports for each"?
