Separate One Cell Data into Multiple Rows

Am I able to filter my formulas at the bottom of my table back into a single column, multiple rows (the values are separated by commas); I've tried the delimiters using google search but it doesn't appear to be working how I need it to.
Ideally, I would like the formulas for: Meat, Dairy, Fresh Produce, Frozens, Package&Canned(Dry), and Condiments&Spices; to be sorted into columns for each category while maintaining dismissal of duplicates.
The main problem I'm running into is that the formula needs to be repasted as values only, in a separate cell, in order to then separate again into one column, multiple rows using the delimiters formulas.
I could easily, copy, paste, and remove duplicates from the table manually, but each time I add a new recipe I would have to repeat the process.
The point is so that I have tables for each category, that contains no duplicates, and would automatically readjust each time I add a new recipe without any manual input.
Is this possible?

I apologize if this was repetitive in my explanation.

There is a drop-down next to the AutoSum symbol. Open the drop-down to choose AVERAGE, COUNT, MAX, or MIN
I'm a bit unsure of what you are looking to do, could you post some data showing the output you want

If you are looking to have each item in it's own cell, how about
Excel Formula:

This will only work on a PC

Actually, one minor problem

For columns G & H, they aren't calculating correctly. Any suggestions?
I tried to attached the excel spreadsheet but it was "too large" to post

You have & signs in there which is causing the problem, try
Excel Formula:
=UNIQUE(FILTERXML("<k><m>"&SUBSTITUTE(SUBSTITUTE(TEXTJOIN(",",TRUE,C4:C95),"&","&amp;"),",","</m><m>")&"</m></k>","//m"))
Also in H22 you have a comma at the end of the string which will return a #VALUE! error in the list
