Can anyone help please, I have a database that shows basically shows all our oustanding orders, which is selectable by a unique supplier number.

I have added a macro so create an email attachment with the relevant data for each individual supplier, but am struggling on how I can get the Macro to autofill the email address in the 'TO' field of our email system (Lotus notes). I have the relevant email address's in my main database, linked to all the access queries I have created. Can anyone help?? I have seen it done, but am just missing the 'last bit' to complete my task..

thanks in adavnce

Excel Facts

Move date out one month or year
Use =EDATE(A2,1) for one month later. Use EDATE(A2,12) for one year later.
I think this is more of a Notes problem. I imagine it can be done though.

I vaguely remember some years back creating LotusScript (or whatever it's called that e-mailed a spreadsheet to somebody on a regular basis.

You should still be able to do it but it will of course be harder.

I've never tried it myself.

In fact look what I found on the other board:

Email with Notes

I've not taken a close look at it but I'm sure it can be adpated for Access and you particular situation
