Spell Check in Excel
Press F7 to start spell check in Excel. Be careful, by default, Excel does not check Capitalized Werds (whoops)
I don't know if this is what you are looking for but. You can create a form and in the design view add a command button, a wizard will pop up and guide you through the steps. One of the options is to email a report. So instead of the report popping up on the screen, an email pops up with the report as attachment.

Does this help?
