sending report to word - 1 page only

hello

I have a report that, when I send it to Microsoft word via the office links button, it ends up on two pages (despite the report in access being on one page).

Any ideas how to fix this?

Make sure your margins in the Word document are the same as the are in the Access report.

Also, check for any text that may be wrapping in Word, extending your Word document to two pages. You may need to do something, like change font size or spacing to fix that.
