My goal is to get code that will send common filtered data to its own tab within the same workbook while keeping the formatting the same in all worksheets:

The common data within the column to have its own tab is all the items in column "W"
The title row is A1:Y1 and is to be formatted the same
I would also like to name each tab by the common data with column "W"
The name of the main spreadsheet is called "Dates"

I believe I added all the info needed to create the macro.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

Fastest way to copy a worksheet?
Hold down the Ctrl key while dragging tab for Sheet1 to the right. Excel will make a copy of the worksheet.
