I am providing Customer Reports which consists of a Dashboard with no external connections but many linked tables and Vlookups. I do this for other Customers with no problem.
However when I sent (emailed) the most recent report they reported that although the file opened none of the table updated although the calculate feature was on automatic.
Any ideas anyone why this should be ?
