Sending e-mail based on a condition and copy relevance to e-mail

Hello,

I have a task to send mail to the person responsible based on the dept code with the part number.
Each alphabet has a dept associated.
For example letter "K" is a dept and the contact is example@gmail.com. The critical part is that all the letters are in a single cell. Need help to create a macro with such a case.
Also copy part numbers to e-mail related to a dept as one e-mail.
