Sending a email when the last day comes near

i want to send out an email to a few email adresses for example:

today: 15-1-2014
Date of sending the email: 16-1-2014
Date for the tour: 17-1-2014

Email adresses:
Peter@hotmail.com
Josh@hotmail.com
Jack@gmail.com

As soon as the computer starts i want to make excel send out a email to these 3 email adresses:

Reminder, Tomorrow blablabla..

HELP! please
