Send ranges from excel to outlook

Please help with the following.

I have an excel file with employees information and I need to send it to all the employees (each employee should receive his information).

There a more than 500 employees so send to each person with copy-paste its unreal.

For example, first email will be sent with range A1:C3 to the person from A2 (by viewing the mini sheet attached you can understand better my task)

Your data is not structured at all. Format as table, all data for 1 person in 1 row. Then it can be realised with a simple loop.

The all data is exported from other software which does not allow to format it. I tried to re-create the real situation. If to format as table, all data for 1 person in a row I will have to do it for all 500 persons separately.

Yes, but if it comes from other software, there should be a way to export per row, like a table. Get to the source of the problem. Ask if “they” can provide the exports properly.

I also can export info as mxl, html, ods, txt
