Send email via web based 365

Hi Guys

I am wanting to send a "confirmation email" when a check box is selected.
now they VBA to do this I have however this only works with Outlook 2010 which we no longer have.
Does anybody know any code that allows me to send an email with VBA through the 365 web portal???
