Send email using specified data from table, I have tried mail merge but there are too many characters

Hi i am using this tracker below , I am trying to automate some processes as much as possible , so as it stands the hyperlinks work and bring up outlook with the fields required , i was trying to get it to populate them as well based on the values in the repsective cells. But i get a value error due to the 255 limit . I have tried the concatenate but it still doesnt really cut it ! any help would be greatly appreciated.

Here is what it looks like , so for the first email it should look something like this: "Hello" / " Can I please request a retrigger for the following account: Reference: (A2) / 2nd identifier: (b2) and so on if that makes sense thank you
