Send email to specific name that meets weeknumber criteria

Please help, I have been working on code that has a list of names in table. each name is assigned scheduled weeknumber throughout the year. I want to send an email reminder to a name when weeknumber matches current week. I also have a standin weeknumber where name 1 cannot meet schedule and someone within the group takes over, a different email reminder is sent to the standin name. If name does not have an assigned weeknumber move on to next name without sending email reminder. I have a number of worksheets with identical data which i wish to scan through at the same time. I have worked on code for quite a while but believe I'm on wrong track and this job can be approached in a different way, hence i have not attached existing code.
