Hi all,

Is there any possibilities for the below.

I need to get a pop message saying that "Confirm" while sending an email if my subject contains only with "IAH".

Excel Facts

Copy formula down without changing references
If you have =SUM(F2:F49) in F50; type Alt+' in F51 to copy =SUM(F2:F49) to F51, leaving the formula in edit mode. Change SUM to COUNT.
This is Outlook VBA code which goes in the ThisOutlookSession module.
Code:
Private Sub Application_ItemSend(ByVal Item As Object, Cancel As Boolean)

    Dim outMail As MailItem

If TypeOf Item Is Outlook.MailItem Then
        Set outMail = Item
        If InStr(1, outMail.subject, "IAH", vbTextCompare) > 0 Then
            If MsgBox("Send " & outMail.subject & " ?", vbYesNo) = vbNo Then Cancel = True
        End If
    End If

End Sub
