Send different activity to pc to keep it busy

In my office there is an application that count my active hours and idle hours on my desktop. I want a code that send different key strokes, open files, mouse clicks so that my desktop remain busy all day long. Could someone please help me.

While they're writing it, maybe we could mask that the browser is even open at all....and run the videos/pictures through Excel...AND make it press random keys, etc so it looks like we're working
