send an email dependent on a cell value?

Please could someone give me an idea if this is possible?

If one of the cells in a table column is greater than 25% I want excel to send me an email.

so something along the lines of:

If (cell in net % column) > 25% then (send me an email)

Although its not essential, it would make sense to include that row of the table in the email.

Not sure if I'm asking too much!
