I'm trying to get multiple tables to self reference to hold the information in place that I've manually added, somehow it's not working.

I've scanned the website and come on to another tread with the same issue, and a recent YouTube doing the same, but unfortunately no success.
Mr.Excel: Excel Power Query: self-referencing manually entered data
Youtube: Excel – Self Referencing - How to Merge a table to itself? (OE H-011 EN)

Anyone able to help me out.

I wish to self reference the tables on the Stocktake Tab.
Besides that, if you have any tips on speeding up the refresh rate or any suggestions for my build, please let me know, quite new at power query but happy to have made it work so far.

Can Excel fill bagel flavors?
You can teach Excel a new custom list. Type the list in cells, File, Options, Advanced, Edit Custom Lists, Import, OK
Have you read my article?
I have, but somehow i cant get it to work.
The data i manually filled in does stay on the same row number but no moving with the products as where i filled it in.

If the original place would be row nr 15, ans i add another product that makes my product list shift 1 row lower my manually filled in data stays at 15, where as my pruduct is now on 16.

I can't say what is wrong as I can't see what is happening. Key things I can tell you.
1. the original source data must have a primary key as part of the source table. You cannot add this after loading the source data
2. the column you add to the table in Excel must be structurally part of the table returned by Power Query. It cannot be a column "next to" the table.
