Hi,
i'm solving the problem. I have source data in a table with many columns, where I need when the same value is in the column LV, and rows with the same value LV, take selected value from the column Name, Adress, Adress - Town and Address - Postcode put this data into one cell the same for another row with the same number LV. Sometimes a cell with LV is only a unique number, and sometimes LV is the same for multiple rows. Where there is LV in multiple rows I just need to get some data from rows with the same LV number just don't know if it is possible ? I attach Source data and required data Source_and_Required_data.png
Please help me.

Hi

All you need to do in the Address column is use the following formula in cell A2 :
=$I2 & ", " & $L2 & ", " & $N2 & ", " & $M2

and in row 2 of the 'Required data' table in the appropriate columns:

Number : =A2
LV : =C2
Acreage : =G2
Type of land : =H2

If it is a actual table then the formulas will copy down automaticall else you will have to copy them down to the next rows.
