Selecting Multiple Items From a Drop Down List

I know this topic has been addressed before. I wish to select multiple items from a drop-down list and have them presented in a single cell, separated by commas.

I have read the relevant threads, and I am afraid I find them too complicated to understand, and all my efforts to use VBA code (provided by others) have failed.

I am hoping there is a relatively simple solution - something along the lines of someone providing me with the necessary VBA code and clear, completely prescriptive and exhaustive instructions re how to tune that code to my particular application.

Here is what you need to know about my application:

1. The list of drop-down choices (i.e. the set of options presented to the user when they click that little down-arrow to make a selection) are on a sheet that I have renamed to "Lists".
2. The user will be making their selection from a different sheet - "Sheet2"

Any assistance appreciated.
