Select Range in Last column and Last Row

Hi Guys

Is it possible to select the range in column B from the last row with data in to the last column with data in row 3.

    Dim LastCol   As Long
    
    LastRow = Cells(Rows.count, 2).End(xlUp).row
    LastCol = Cells(3, Columns.count).End(xlToLeft).column
