Hello,

How do you select a set of data that is thousands of rows but has blank cells interspersed with cells with data?

For example, lets say I have data in A2:A3000 but I only have data in ever 10 cells (e.g. data in A2, A12, A22, etc.). How would I quickly select all of this data? I know that if there were not blank cells, I could use the End+Shift+Down arrow, but in this example, that will only select up to the next blank cell and I end up spending too much time hitting the same keys over and over.

I don't want a macro for this but am looking for a keyboard shortcut. Anyone know of one?

Will the fill handle fill 1, 2, 3?
Yes! Type 1 in a cell. Hold down Ctrl while you drag the fill handle.
Select the entire range, press F5, click Special, tick Constants, click OK.
