Select a dinamic range and merge cells

Hi All,

i am not very good with macro and although i understand a bit i am not good at amending them and fit my my requirement.
I have read few thread on looping and if statement but i am no tbeen able to create a macro that will serve my purpose.

Here I am asking for your help
In my table I have several lines that repeats themselves in column A , B ,C because for each line I have different attributes in Column J,K,L
I have been requested to group and Merge the equals line leaving only the attributes in each row.

I have over 1000 lines and by selecting them and Merge &Centre , will take me a full week.
Could you please help and write a loop Macro that will solve my problem ?

This should be like ...if row x1 and x2 and x3 are all the same than Merge and centre.
if row x4 and x5 are the same, than merge, and the same for x6 , x7 and so on.

I am happy to run for each column , ( I only have 27 columns )
